Delete Account & Erase Data
Permanently remove your financial records and any synced cloud accounts.
⚠️ This Action Cannot Be Undone
Because Pocket Hisaab is built with an offline-first SQLite database, deleting your app records permanently destroys:
- All expense, income, and transfer transaction histories
- All custom category budgets and spending limits
- All customer and supplier Khata ledger credits (GIVE / RECEIVE)
- All sales invoices, customer receipts, and product inventory items
- All multi-currency wallets and cash balances
- All synced cloud backups from Supabase servers (if cloud sync was enabled)
📥 Before You Delete: Export Your Data
We strongly advise exporting an offline archive of your financial books before proceeding:
- Open Pocket Hisaab on your device
- Go to Settings → Backup & Export
- Select Create Local Backup or export to Excel / CSV
- Save the exported file to your iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or personal files
How to Erase All Data from Your Device
Method 1: Reset from App Settings
Open Settings → Data & Privacy → Clear All Data. Type the confirmation code when prompted. This instantly purges the local SQLite database and deletes all active session tokens.
Method 2: Uninstall the Application
On iOS (iPhone/iPad), long-press the Pocket Hisaab app icon and select Delete App (do not choose 'Offload App'). On Android, open device Settings → Apps → Pocket Hisaab → Clear Storage / Uninstall.
Request Cloud Account & Server Deletion
If you previously registered an optional email for Cloud Sync and want your cloud identity completely purged from our servers, email our technical team from your registered email address:
