1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pocket Hisaab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Nature of the Software & Disclaimer

Pocket Hisaab is a financial recording, budgeting, and invoicing tool. It is provided for informational and management purposes. While we strive for extreme mathematical accuracy in all currency calculations, ledger balances, and tax computations, the app does not provide certified legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax returns or official GST filings.

3. Data Responsibility & Backups

Because Pocket Hisaab operates offline-first on your local device storage, Fepzo Technologies Pvt Ltd does not hold a copy of your database unless you have activated Cloud Sync. We strongly recommend periodically using the Create Local Backup feature in Settings to archive your data to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or another secure backup repository.

4. Pocket Hisaab Pro Subscriptions & Purchases

Upgrades to Pocket Hisaab Pro are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store or Play Store account settings.

5. Changes to the Service

We continuously improve Pocket Hisaab through feature enhancements and performance updates. Version updates are announced within the app and through store update notes.
